Why do I have no water or low water pressure?
It could be a number of things:
- A whole house filter or a softener
- Electrical problem; breaker or fuse, pressure switch or control box
- Leak in drop pipe or service line running from well to house
- Pump could be failing or has quit working
Why does my water have a foul smell?
It could be a number of things:
- Generally this is an issue with bacteria in well and may require cleaning and treatment
- Idle water heater can produce foul smells
Why am I hearing a loud noise from the pump room?
- Older pumps will often exhibit rumbling, or higher pitches before they fail. This is a good time to assess pump health before a total failure occurs
